1. Contact us via e-mail or phone to check if your chosen dates are available.

2. If you wish to make a reservation we will then hold it for 7 days pending receipt of your deposit and
  booking form. Details for making payments will be given when you make the reservation.

3. Please read our Terms and Conditions carefully.

4. On receipt of your deposit we will send you confirmation of your booking via e-mail or post, and an
  invoice for the outstanding amount.

5. The outstanding amount must reach us 8 weeks before commencement of your holiday. We will then
  send a receipt and more detailed directions of how to get here. If the balance is not received by this
  date the booking will be treated as a cancellation ( see below ).

6. Should your booking be made 8 weeks or less before commencement of your holiday, then the full
  amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
